Sunset over the Una river
ESG programmes · for HR, marketing and PR

An outdoor ESG initiative that leaves a mark – and a story you can show.

We plan, organise, deliver and document your team’s volunteering initiative. You get real impact, an engaged team and material for your report and communications.

Why we do this

Good intentions are not enough. You need a plan, a partner and proof.

Many CSR initiatives end as a photo in matching T-shirts: no real impact, hard to show in a report and easy to call greenwashing. We start from a real need on the ground, agree it with the local community and record what was done.

Who it is for

One initiative, many benefits.

For HR

Engagement

A volunteering day people remember: the team does something useful together, and you get recorded volunteering hours and your employees’ impressions.

For marketing

Authentic content

Photos, video and a story from a real initiative, not a studio – ready for LinkedIn, your website and the internal newsletter.

For PR and ESG

Proof of impact

A report with the location, partner and numbers: data your ESG or CSR team can use in reporting.

For the local community

Real benefit

An initiative the community asked for itself: a cleaned riverbank, a restored trail or new trees stay with the people who live there long after your team goes home.

What we can do together

Formats we adapt to your team and location.

Clean rivers

Cleaning riverbanks and riverbeds – from the shore, by kayak or by raft – on the rivers of the Krajina region.

Access to nature

Restoring stairways, paths, benches and rest areas the local community uses every day.

Green restoration

Tree planting and care for green spaces, agreed with local communities and institutions.

Trails and viewpoints

Clearing and marking hiking trails, and restoring viewpoints and rest areas.

Any initiative can be combined with a team experience – for example half a day of volunteering and half a day on the river.

How we work

What working with us looks like.

01

Plan

A call with you, choosing the goal and location, agreeing it with the local community and deciding what we will record.

02

Organise

Permits, tools and protective gear, transport, food, safety and guides.

03

Deliver

A day on site with our team: a short introduction to why the initiative matters, work in groups and a closing circle together.

04

Document

Photos, video and a report with numbers – ready for your ESG report, a post and the internal newsletter.

See the example

From our practice

Addiko Bank Banja Luka: three stairways to the Una, restored in one day.

The Addiko Bank Banja Luka team gave something back to the community in Novi Grad: they restored the three main stairways leading down to the Una river.

  • cleaned the surroundings and trimmed back the vegetation
  • repaired and repainted all three stairways
  • ended the day on the river and with games on the meadow

Volunteering and a team experience in one day – and the stairways remain for everyone who comes to the Una.

What you get

Everything you need to show the initiative – without embellishment.

Impact report

Number of participants, volunteering hours and exactly what was done: metres, kilograms, items.

Photos and video

Photos and a short video of the initiative, with aerial footage where permitted.

Ready-to-post copy

A draft post for LinkedIn and the internal newsletter, in your tone of voice.

Honest data

Only what was actually done and measured – so your communication stands up to any question.

Questions we get asked

Short answers.

How many people can take part?

From 10 to 100. We split larger groups into teams with clear tasks.

Does our team need experience or equipment?

No. We provide the tools, protective gear and instructions.

Will this count in our ESG report?

You get data and documentation your ESG or CSR team can use. How to include it depends on your company’s reporting framework.

Who decides what gets done?

We choose the need together with the local community, so the initiative has real value for the place, not just for the photo.

What if the weather changes?

We always have a backup plan and decide on the day.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format, location and group size. You get the exact amount in the proposal, three working days after the call.
