Teams come back to us. Here is why.
CLA and BDO came two years in a row. See what their teams did, what they agreed on, and what the people who were there say.

A founding team that came back – with three more members.
Climate Lens Advisors came to the Una in 2025 with 11 people, and to the Bay of Kotor in 2026 with 14. The question was the same both times: how do we keep growing without the way we lead becoming the limit?
A plan
The founders named the leadership habits that hold people back, and agreed what replaces them. Each commitment has an owner and a review date.
A filter
Three questions the partners now use when they decide on new projects and new people.
A return
They came back a year later, with a bigger team. For us, that is the strongest result.
Method: Liberating Structures (including Wicked Questions), so leadership can look openly at the gap between what growth needs and how they work today.
In their words
The best part was seeing that the team can work and connect without the CLA partners in the room. … There is really no question: this was money well invested by our company. We got a lot back – people came home happy and connected. All I can say is: see you next year.
Relja · Co-founder, Climate Lens Advisors
What we achieved in just a day and a half, we probably could not have achieved in half a year of working remotely. That is why we are making gatherings like this part of our process – through adventures like these, the vision, mission and goal become much closer and easier to understand.
Hussein · Co-founder, Climate Lens Advisors
At CLA we always talk about energy – and the structure, the format, the workshops and the whole experience hit that to a great extent. We hope to keep coming back.
Marija · Climate Lens Advisors
Every minute is planned to an exceptionally high standard. No time is wasted – we create shared memories, and that is what connects us and turns us into a team.
Chloe · Climate Lens Advisors
The most important thing is that we had time to really connect and build trust among colleagues. When you come from different cultures and work remotely, it is wonderful to bond in such a beautiful and well-organised setting.
Goran · Climate Lens Advisors
The fact that we are doing something like this with Dopamine Adventure for the second year says enough. A change of environment really lets us see each other in a different, more natural way – and connect both professionally and personally.
Ed · Climate Lens Advisors
The time with people helped our relationships within a team that otherwise does everything remotely. Here we had space to relax, think and talk.
They came for one day. They came back for three.
BDO Banja Luka, 16 people, two years in a row: one day on the Una in 2025, then three days on the Tara, in Sutjeska National Park and at Trnovačko Lake in 2026.
2025
One day on the river, with a programme built for their team.
2026
Three days: rafting on the Tara and a hike of more than 10 km to Trnovačko Lake.
In their words
Non-swimmers who get into a rafting boat with you on the very challenging Tara, full of roaring white water and rapids, show how much they trust their colleagues in the boat. The injured who walk more than 10 km of difficult mountain terrain with the support of their colleagues show that everything is possible when you have the right team with you. Photos cannot convey everything we faced during this challenge, but they can show the strength of one small team, as well as the beauty of the nature and the land we live in, which we are sometimes not even aware of.
Visit these places, they are unreal, and they are ours!
Thank you also to our dear friends from Dopamine Adventure, who organised all of this for us and made sure every moment stayed deeply etched in our memory. It was not easy, we “complained” at the top of our voices – but as a team we showed what kind of solid material we are made of.
Because, in the end – we shape what matters! 💪

Different teams, the same conclusion.
A day outdoors was exactly what we needed – refreshing, full of energy and a perfect way to step away from the usual office routine.
The activities were well planned and, importantly for us, designed specifically for our needs and the particularities of our diverse team. We left feeling refreshed, united and truly inspired.
Our team-building event with Dopamine Adventure was outstanding. From start to finish everything was perfectly organised and we could not have wished for a better experience.
